Contracting Process
Contact and Information Phase
All information regarding activities, stays, and prices is available on the website.
The process always begins with a “contact request” or “reservation request” through the website form, where the customer provides their name, email, arrival and departure dates, and the selected package.
The customer can also request clarifications or additional information via email or phone.
The company will respond via email, and this process can be repeated as many times as necessary before making a final decision.
Reservation Phase
If the customer decides to proceed, they will complete the “reservation request” on the website or via phone/email. In the case of phone reservations, they must provide an email address to continue the process.
Customers may choose to purchase travel insurance (health and liability, including return transport in case of accident, illness, or death) and/or cancellation insurance through “Seguros Axa Assistance.”
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal (fees apply). Credit card payments are not accepted.
Final Reservation and Payment
Once the deposit is paid and the contractual conditions are accepted, the reservation becomes final. The company will confirm via email.
Invoices will be sent at the end of the agreed stay.
If the customer does not pay the remaining balance or fails to sign the “Liability Waiver Document,” the contract will be terminated.
